Logistics and race features
Packet pick-up is scheduled for Friday, February 27 at Sole 2 Soul Sports - Visalia (4241 S. Mooney Blvd, Target Shopping Center); race day packet pick-up opens near the start line under the Visalia Runners canopy. All races start and finish at the End of the Trail Statue in Mooney Grove Park. Each route runs about one mile through the park before leaving the park; the half marathon and 10K continue on country roads. The course uses closed roads and includes aid stations, portable restrooms, DJ music and live bands at points on the course. Finish-line amenities include a custom finisher’s medal, hot breakfast, Rosa Brothers chocolate milk and a post-race celebration in the park. Proceeds and donations support local high school running programs, athlete scholarships and community running events in Tulare County.
