Event overview
End of the Road Half Marathon & One Tunnel 4 Miler is scheduled for October 24–25, 2026 in Waterfall, Pennsylvania. The start and finish are on the old Pennsylvania Turnpike at 3005 Pump Station Rd, Waterfall, PA 16689. The course includes sections of the abandoned Turnpike and passes through Sidling Hill and Ray's Hill tunnels. The route contains about five miles of tunnel running plus rolling rural roads and mountain scenery. A headlamp or flashlight is required for tunnel sections.

The event offers in-person and virtual entry options and economy packages that omit shirt or medal. Registration includes a long-sleeve tech shirt (option to upgrade to a hoodie), a finisher's medal, live timing and results, post-race food and beverages, and eligibility for overall and age-group awards.
