Empower Sports Thru The Zoo 5k and 1 Mile
This event takes place at the zoo in Cleveland, Ohio, located at 3900 Wildlife Way. The program includes running and walking options plus a supporter pass for people who want to attend without participating in a race.

Registration windows are listed for the race entries and for the supporter pass. Registrations include an event t-shirt and access to the zoo. Supporters who attend to cheer must purchase tickets to enter the zoo even if they are zoo members.
After the races there will be awards, food, and an open bar served in the Palava Hut. Awards are given to the top five overall male and female finishers and to the top three in each age group. Age groups are: 10 and under; 11-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70 and over.
