Event Overview

The Elevate 5K is a walk/run event. The 2026 edition is the fourth annual event, scheduled for Saturday, June 6. It is organized by the Gwinnett Pearls of Service Foundation, Inc., along with premier partner Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Upsilon Alpha Omega Chapter.

Proceeds support scholarships and community programs. The organizer states they have awarded over $1 million in scholarships to Gwinnett County high school students and others.

Distances

The event offers three race formats:

In-Person 5K for ages 13 and older.
Virtual 5K for participants to run from anywhere.
Kids Fun Run over 1.5K for ages 12 and under.

Course & Timing

The course is USATF certified. The race is professionally chip-timed by Runners Fit Race Works. It is listed as a Peachtree Road Race qualifier. The opening ceremony and warm-up are at 7:00 AM, with the race starting at 7:30 AM.
