Electrifying Night Run : description
The Electrifying Night Run is an annual fundraiser for the Dr Georges L Dumont University Hospital Centre Breast Health Centre in Moncton. The event typically brings together about 550 costumed participants who walk or run to support breast health services.
The 11th edition will take place at Rotary St Anselme Park in Dieppe on June 5, 2026. The event distance is 5 km, available as a run or a walk. Each participant receives a race kit that includes a race medal and a T Shirt.
Funds raised are used mainly to improve services offered to patients at the Breast Health Centre. The Centre provides a comprehensive breast health program that includes prevention, screening and early diagnosis for referred women. Services are delivered by a multidisciplinary team working together under one roof in a welcoming and innovative environment.
Registration categories and fees listed:
- Youth (12 and under): CA$24.59.
- Adult: CA$63.60.
- Team (8 members): CA$58.04 per person; the team consists of eight members and a team leader may register participants.
Race kit pickup is scheduled at Moncton Running Room on June 3, 2026. Participants registered before May 12 will receive a T Shirt. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
