Eemmeerloop

The Eemmeerloop is a running event taking place in Bunschoten-Spakenburg, featuring a 50 km loop around the Eemmeer. Established in 1985, the event originally allowed only relay teams of five runners, each covering approximately 10 km. Today, participants can choose to run solo, in pairs (25 km each), or as a relay team.

Additionally, there are shorter options of 5 km and 10 km available. The event starts and finishes in the heart of Spakenburg, with teams required to manage their own support vehicles for the relay.
