The Edinburgh Marathon Festival is a multi-event running weekend held in Edinburgh on 23rd and 24th May 2026. The programme includes distance races for adults, juniors, and teams. Routes run through parts of Edinburgh and into East Lothian, with several events using Holyrood Park and areas near Dynamic Earth. The half marathon route starts at Potterrow and finishes in Musselburgh, and some routes offer coastline and city landmark views.

- 5K - Holyrood Park route
- Junior 5K - for 11 to 18 year olds
- Junior 2K - for 9 to 12 year olds
- Junior 1.5K - for 6 to 8 year olds
- Kids Kilometre - for 3 to 6 year olds
