Eastnor Mud Bath
The Eastnor Mud Bath is a mud-focused trail run held in Eastnor Castle Deer Park, Ledbury (HR8 1EN). The course uses muddy trails and water-filled troughs, with natural obstacles such as fallen trees and gullies, plus undulating terrain and some hills. Runners should expect deep muddy and water sections in places and dry alternative routes for children.

- 6km: min age 12 solo; 10–11 can run if accompanied by an adult.
