Eagle Strut 5K

Eagle Strut 5K Run/Walk 2025 takes place in Rocky Mount, Virginia. This 5K course weaves through the beautiful, historic town, offering a friendly introduction for new runners while challenging more seasoned participants. Now in its 14th year, the event benefits Franklin County High School’s Class of 2026 to offset senior activities and support students in need.

Packet pickup is on race morning with on-site registration available; shirt sizes are guaranteed for registrants who sign up by 8/22. Parking is in the Law parking lot between the high school and Buddy’s BBQ. Proceeds, results, and sponsors are featured on the event site.
