Event Details

The Dyngus Day 5k Run is scheduled for Saturday, April 4, 2026, at Delaware Park in Buffalo, New York. The start time is 10:00 AM. The race uses a USATF-certified 5K course.

The event is a charitable fundraiser. Proceeds will go directly to Matt Urban Human Services, an organization that provides resources and support to families in need.

Participants who register before March 20, 2026, are guaranteed a T-shirt. Other participant offerings include a finisher medal. Awards will be given to the top three overall male and female finishers. A post-race party will feature food from One Pie Pizza and a live DJ.
