Dymchurch (Kent) 10K
The Dymchurch (Kent) 10K is a measured out-and-back road race held from Beach Cafe on High Street in Dymchurch. The event uses promenade terrain and records course times for male and female categories, with listed best times for each gender. It is organised by MCC Promotions and is affiliated with England Athletics.
All finishers receive a bespoke medal. Prizes include trophies for the first three finishers and a team award. The event supports the charity Sport In Mind. Basic race services are provided on the day: first aid, water stations at various points on the course, changing facilities, toilets and baggage storage. Results are published after the race on the organiser’s website and on Webscorer.
Transport and logistics information given by the organiser includes directions via Folkestone Central rail plus local buses 101 or 102, and ample parking with a mix of free spaces and paid parking at £1.20 per hour. On-day registration is available and the entry fee listed is £16. Entrants must be aged 15 or over on the date of the race. Registration is carried out opposite the Bucket & Spade Cafe.
