NIGHT DESCENT 32 Ultra
NIGHT DESCENT 32 Ultra is an overnight, staged running event on Saturday 14 November 2026. The event is organised by Mad Running Junkies and is based at Bridgend Miniature Railway, Fountain Road, Aberkenfig, Tondu, Bridgend, CF32 9BZ, Mid Glamorgan, GB. Minimum age to enter is 18. Format, course and logistics
The event totals 32 miles split into four progressive stages. Participants must complete each stage to advance; there are time cutoffs for the first three stages. Distances for the stages are:
- 5 miles
- 7 miles
- 10 miles
- 10 miles
Mandatory gear includes a headlamp, reflective gear, and a hydration system. Aid stations at each stage turnaround will provide water, electrolytes, fuel, coffee, and snacks. Parking is available on site, gear drop at base camp is allowed between stages, and restrooms are provided.
