• Competitors may not leave the course during a loop except for restrooms; no personal aid is allowed during a loop though common aid stations are permitted.
• No non-competitors are allowed on the course, and artificial aids including trekking poles are prohibited.
• Timing of loops is optional; results report each runner by distance covered.
• The winner is the last runner to complete a loop. If no runner completes one more loop than all others, there is no winner. The race is open ended.
