About the race
The 2026 Duck Dash takes place in Wewahitchka, Florida. The event is held at Lake Alice Park, located on Lake Alice Park Drive Highway 71. This community running event is held in conjunction with the GFWC Duck Derby Spring Festival.
The course is a flat out and back route that starts and ends within Lake Alice Park. Participants can take part in a 5k distance. The event is open to both runners and walkers.
Proceeds from the race support the Wewahitchka Cross Country team and the GFWC Health and Welfare Community Service Projects. Participants who register before March 15th are guaranteed an event shirt. Finisher medals are also provided for the participants on the day of the race.
