The half marathon starts at Galeries Chagnon near Sports Experts. Runners cover about 4 km on neighborhood streets before reaching boulevard Guillaume‑Couture and then joining the bike path at rue Saint‑Joseph. The following 14 km run on the Parcours des Anses with views of the river and Quebec City. The finish is located at Juvénat Notre Dame in Saint‑Romuald.
The 10K starts on the bike path near Joliet Street, follows the bike path to the Jean‑Huard exit and continues on Guillaume‑Couture, with the final kilometer along Chemin du Fleuve and Saint‑Olivier Street to the Juvénat. The 5K starts near Parc Nautique Lévy and the Kids Race starts on De l’Hébreux Street before joining the bike path; both finish at the same venue.
The 5K, 10K and 21.1K courses are measured to international standards and certified by Athletics Canada, and times achieved in the 21.1K are accepted as qualifying times for events such as the New York Marathon.
