Promutuel Insurance Lévis Half‑marathon
The Promutuel Insurance Lévis Half‑marathon includes several road races held on the south shore of Quebec City. Distances offered are:

- 10 km
- 5 km
- 2 km kids race
The half marathon starts at Galeries Chagnon near Sports Experts. Runners cover about 4 km on neighborhood streets before reaching boulevard Guillaume‑Couture at Monseigneur‑Bourget and joining the bike path at rue Saint‑Joseph. The next 14 km take place on the Parcours des Anses alongside the river with views of Quebec City. The finish is on the grounds of Juvénat Notre‑Dame in Saint‑Romuald.
The 10 km starts on the bike path near Joliet Street, continues to the Jean‑Huard exit and onto boulevard Guillaume‑Couture, with the final kilometer along Chemin du Fleuve and Saint‑Olivier to the Juvénat grounds. The 5 km starts near Parc Nautique Lévy on the bike path and finishes at Juvénat Notre‑Dame. The kids race begins on De l’Hébreux Street, joins the bike path and finishes at the same site.
The 5 km, 10 km and 21.1 km courses are measured to international standards and certified by Athletics Canada. The event holds a GOLD sanction from Athlétisme Québec. The half marathon route is described as largely downhill and favored for fast times. The event has received organizational and event performance distinctions in 2021.
