About the race
Drogheda & District AC organises the Drogheda 10K, a certified road race (permit cert. no: 26/597) held in Drogheda, running along the banks of the River Boyne with a town centre finish. The event offers a single distance of 10 km and reports nearly 2,000 participants in typical editions.
Entry is priced at €30 for individual runners; this entry includes a finishers medal and t-shirts for the first 550 individual entries. Group entries of 10 or more are offered at a discounted rate and do not include a t-shirt; all participants receive a medal. Participants must be at least 16 years old.
The race supports Drogheda & District AC, which is celebrating its 28th anniversary and uses event proceeds for club development. The organiser provides further event information and handles group enquiries and entries. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
