The Down Syndrome Festival & 5k takes place on September 26, 2026, at the Myriad Botanical Gardens in Oklahoma City, OK. Race check-in and registration are held on the Sheridan Lawn. The 5k and 1-Mile Fun Run begin at a start line on Sheridan Avenue. An Awareness Walk lines up at the same start line and the festival takes place on the Great Lawn. Raffle drawings are held at the Band Shell. Complimentary parking is available in lots directly south of the Myriad Botanical Gardens, accessed from Reno Avenue.

Proceeds support the Down Syndrome Association of Central Oklahoma (DSACO). Funds raised remain in central Oklahoma to support programs such as enrichment lab and tutoring, cooking classes, new parent resources, parent-to-parent support, workshops, scholarships, education and medical outreach, and family and teen/adult events.
