Down Syndrome Awareness Walk/Run
This event is the first annual Down Syndrome Awareness Walk/Run hosted by Delta theta tau, Zeta Zeta Chapter Plymouth. It takes place at Centennial Park, 1660 N Michigan Street, Plymouth, IN, at the Big Hill area near the tennis courts. Parking is available across the street near the baseball field.
The program includes two distances:
- 1 Mile Fun Run
- 5K Run/Walk
T-shirt pickup and registration check-in occur on site before the races. Several food trucks will be on site, and the event will include raffles and a 50/50 drawing. To be guaranteed a t-shirt, registrations must be completed by September 18, 2026.
Registration opens March 10, 2026, and closes October 4, 2026. Entry fees listed by the organizer are $25 for the 1 Mile Fun Run and $30 for the 5K Run/Walk.
