About the race
The Dorney Lake Duathlon takes place at Dorney Lake in Windsor, Berks on 3 April 2027. The event offers multiple duathlon formats on largely flat, road terrain around an Olympic venue. Entries include a themed medal, free race photos, chip timed results, post-race goodies and a bag drop. A relay option allows teams of two or three to share the disciplines.
The event uses clearly marked courses with distance flags and on-course marshals. There is a secure baggage marquee in the event village and portaloos near the boathouse. A water station is placed on each lap of the 5 km loop, with a bottle of water available at the finish. Free parking is available on site and is signposted; parking may require up to a 20 minute walk to registration. Nearest train stations are Slough and Windsor & Eton Riverside. Accessibility information notes that buggy runners and wheelchair athletes are welcome and should make themselves known when overtaking.
