Donut Duathlon - Torbay Velopark

The Donut Duathlon is held at Torbay Velopark. The next scheduled race is on 15/03/2026. The course is traffic free, mainly flat, and runs on the parkland and the Velopark's smooth tarmac surfaces.

Race format and categories

Races follow a run - ride - run format: a flat parkland run, a ride on the Velopark tarmac, and a shorter run to finish. The event includes a Supersprint/Novice distance, a mini duathlon, and shorter distances for children aged 3 and above. Parents may run alongside children under 8 and may assist children with bikes or scooters in transition. The event is non-drafting. Any roadworthy bike is permitted, including mountain bikes, hybrids, and road bikes; TT/triathlon bikes are also allowed. Medals and donuts are provided to all finishers.
