Distances
- 10K Solo
- 10K Relay
Each solo runner or relay team receives a box of six donuts at check-in. At the start of each loop, the designated runner must eat an entire donut in the starting area; no eating on the course and only the active runner may eat a donut. The event description notes six loops in total. Donuts provided are not gluten-free or vegan; participants with dietary restrictions may bring their own donuts but registration fees still apply.
Only the team leader or the solo runner needs to register in advance; other team members complete waivers on race morning. PCEI is a leave no trace area; participants are asked to consume donuts in the starting area, pack out trash, and avoid littering. Littering may result in a ban from future PRR events.
