Don't Tread on Me is scheduled for Saturday, February 21, 2026, at Greenbelt 428 Park in Aubrey, TX 76227. The event is presented as the 2nd annual Don't Tread on Me half-marathon and offers multiple event options:

- 1 Mile
- 5K
- 10K
- Half-Marathon
- Virtual Option
Listed entry fees include $68 for the half-marathon, $45 for the 10K, $38 for the 5K, $20 for the 1 Mile, and $40 for the virtual option. Some event fees increase after February 13, 2026. Registration windows for events close on February 21, 2026.
Race features
Registered participants in the 1 Mile, 5K, 10K and Half-Marathon receive an event-themed participation t-shirt and a custom finisher medal. Age group awards are offered for the 5K, 10K and Half-Marathon and are awarded four deep in male and female divisions across standard age brackets from 0-4 up to 80+. Overall and masters categories also receive overall medals. Awards are distributed at the event and will not be shipped.
The 1 Mile is an untimed option with no age group awards. The virtual option includes shipping of the shirt and medal. Kid's Dash participants run free but may purchase a shirt or medal as add-ons.
Charity and volunteering
The organizer Run Different states that 50% of profits and 100% of donations go to Wounded Warrior Project, and 10% of profits and 100% of donations go to Encounter Church (Fate).
