Event Overview

The Spooky Sprint in Saint Paul is a Halloween-themed running event that features multiple distances and formats. Held on a single day, the event offers traditional road races alongside a youth-focused dash and a volunteer participation option. Participants receive a designer shirt and a custom finisher medal for their chosen distance.

The race utilizes chip-timing for the majority of its distances, providing live results and individual awards. Free digital photos are provided to participants, and food is available at the finish line following the completion of the courses. A virtual race option is also available for those unable to attend the live location, with race packets mailed out the Wednesday following the event.
