Event Overview
The DoNot Stop Half Marathon, 10k, and 5k is a donut-themed running event held at Lake Zorinsky in Omaha, Nebraska. The event features multiple distances and activities for participants of varying ages, including competitive timed races and untimed options. All events take place at the Lake Zorinsky Boat Ramp area.
Distance Options
- Half Marathon: A long-distance road race covering 13.1 miles.
- 10k: A timed race covering 6.2 miles.
- 5k: A timed race covering 3.1 miles.
- 1 Mile: An untimed walk or run.
- Kid's Dash: An untimed event designed for children aged 10 and under.
Participant Experience
Participants in the timed races receive chip-timing with live results and eligibility for awards. Registration for the physical events includes a designer shirt, a custom finisher medal, and a professional photo at no additional cost. Following the completion of the course, runners receive a donut at the finish line.
A virtual race option is available for those unable to attend the location in person. This allows participants to complete their chosen distance at any time or location. Virtual participants receive a digital bib, and their event shirt and medal are mailed out the Wednesday following the physical race. There is also a volunteering option where individuals assist with packet pickup before participating in a race distance of their choice.
