Doc's Run 2026
Doc's Run 2026 is an annual 4.5 mile run associated with Camp Menominee, scheduled for August 2, 2026 in Eagle River, Wisconsin. The route follows the traditional path that began at the corner of County Roads O and D and finishes at the camp basketball courts. The course crosses the Wisconsin River near the one mile mark, includes a rest and water stop around two miles, passes the girls camp just before three miles, and continues along County D before the final 1.5 miles to the finish.
There are two participation options: an on-site event for campers and staff who will be at camp, and an at-home option for participants who will run or walk offsite. On-site participation has no registration fee; at-home participation carries a registration fee of $25. Registration opens May 20, 2026 and closes August 1, 2026.
The event has a history of community participation and fundraising. Past years saw over 100 participants in 2021 and over 130 participants in 2023. Fundraising totals have increased over recent years, with amounts reported close to $12,000 in 2022, close to $18,000 in 2023, and close to $25,000 in both 2024 and 2025. Proceeds support camp scholarship funds and Camp for All Kids. Participants receive a commemorative Doc's Run 2026 shirt. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
