Do It In The Bush - Trail 5K
Do It In The Bush is a trail race held May 23, 2026 at Chickasabogue Park in Eight Mile, Alabama. The main event is a roughly 5K cross country course run on park trails. A separate Fun Run of approximately three quarters of a mile follows a paved trail.

- 5K trail course through Chickasabogue Park trails.
- ~3/4 mile paved Fun Run.
Pre-race registration is available by mail or in person at McCoy Outdoor, Run-N-Tri, or Fleet Feet in Mobile until noon on the Thursday before race day. Online registration closes the Friday before the race. Shirt requests must be submitted by May 9 to guarantee a race shirt.
Fee structure varies by membership and registration date, with a $3 discount for registrations completed by April 1, 2026. Listed fees include reduced prices for PCP members, higher rates for non-members, and day-of-race pricing. The event beneficiary is the Port City Pacers Scholarship Fund.
Awards are given to overall top male and female, age-group top finishers including masters and grandmasters, and the top walker categories.
