12th Annual "Hero's Among Us" 5K Color Run
The 12th Annual "Hero's Among Us" 5K Color Run is a community color run held on September 26, 2026, at Early Town Center, 109 Kelcy Way, Early, TX. The event takes place during Suicide Prevention Month and invites participants to run, walk, or observe as the community is "colored with hope."
Pre-registration information and fees are specified: pre-registration is $30, groups of 10 or more register for $25 per person if registration is completed by September 9, 2026, and race day registration is $40. Extra event T-shirts are available for $20. Entries received by September 9, 2026 are guaranteed a T-shirt.
Early packet pick-up is scheduled for September 25, 2026 at the Center for Life Resources, 408 Mulberry St., Brownwood, TX.
Awards are given by age divisions with male and female categories. Age divisions are 12 and under, 13 to 19, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, and 70 and over.
