Dirty Jerde 5k
The Dirty Jerde 5k is scheduled for Saturday, March 7, 2026, in Aberdeen, SD 57401, US. This is the fourth annual running of the event. The race includes both an in-person 5K run and a virtual 5k option.

The event list includes the Dirty Jerde Virtual 5k and the Dirty Jerde 5K Run. Entry fees listed are:
- Virtual 5k: $30
- 5K Run: $25
Registration opens on January 1, 2026. The virtual event registration opens at 11:00 AM CST and the in-person 5K registration opens at 10:45 AM CST on that date. Participants may complete the event on Race Day in person or complete the distance on their own for the virtual option.
Purpose
Proceeds from the event will go directly toward athletic scholarships for Northern State TF/CC athletes sponsored by the South Dakota National Guard. The race aims to support Northern State University Athletics and to strengthen connections among alumni, family, friends, and other supporters.
