The Aberdeen Santa Run 5K Fun Run/Walk takes place on Saturday, December 13, 2025, in Aberdeen, South Dakota. The route is a 3.1-mile course through Wylie Park. Santa suits are provided to participants aged 13 and older as part of the registration packet, and running or walking in a suit is encouraged. For the inaugural year, all net proceeds benefit the Warner Public Schools Cross Country program.
Registration and race package
Early registration through November 28 is listed at $30; late registration from November 29 through race day is listed at $50, with the price increasing after November 28 at 11:59 pm CST. The registration package includes a Santa suit, Santa race tote bag, long-sleeve T-shirt, race bib, and a Christmas ornament (medal). All package items are guaranteed for the first 200 registrants. In case of severe weather or event cancellation, no refunds will be issued and the event will become virtual; registered participants will still receive their complete registration package.
