Dirt Days Trail Series - East Fork SP Trail Run
The Dirt Days Trail Series event at East Fork State Park takes place on Sunday, July 26, 2026, at East Fork Lake in Bethel, OH. The race uses the established Backpack Trail and features densely wooded singletrack that can give runners the feeling of a longer trail experience. The course direction reverses each year and will run clockwise for 2026.

Trekker categories are available for participants who expect they will need more time to finish; trekkers receive an official time and participation credit but do not count toward certain competitive awards. Individual event awards include age group awards and random prize drawings, including one randomly awarded pair of Altra shoes per season.
Logistics and registration details from the organizer: all registration is handled online, including on race day. The entry fee is listed as $23.50 with a $5 discount for participants age 14 and under. A season pass covering all eight Dirt Days Trail Series events is offered for the series. The race begins and ends at the south beach on the south side of the lake; participants are advised to use Route 125 rather than Route 32. Disposable timing chips are used to reduce handling.
