Registration, fees and logistics

Registration opens May 17, 2026. Early-bird pricing through Oct. 15 is $30 per event; after Oct. 15 the fee is $35 per event. Discounts include 10% veteran/military (verification required at checkout) and 30% off for registering for both events. Packet pickup is scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 8 at Franciscus Roofing, 959 Bassett Rd, Westlake, OH 44145.

Awards and participant items

Age groups are 18 and under, then 10-year increments up to 60+. Awards include medals for age-group winners and top three overall male and female finishers. All participants receive a custom coin and an event T-shirt. Sponsorship levels are listed as Red $1,000, White $2,500, and Blue $5,000 with recognition cutoff Oct. 15.
