The event takes place on Sunday, November 8, 2026 in Westlake, Ohio. The location is the Highland Software Campus, Building #2, at 28501 Clemens Road.
Registration and Pricing
Registration opens on May 17, 2026. Pricing is as follows:
- Early Bird (through October 15): $30 per event.
- After October 15: $35 per event.
Discounts are available: a 10% discount for veterans/military and a 30% discount for participants who register for both events. A virtual participation option is also available.
Awards and Swag
Awards are given in several age groups (18 & under, then in 10-year increments up to 60+) and for the top 3 overall male and female finishers. All participants receive a custom coin and an event T-shirt. Age-group winners and top 3 overall finishers receive additional medals and hats.
Other Information
Packet pickup is scheduled for Saturday, November 8 at Franciscus Roofing (959 Bassett Rd, Westlake). A course map is available online. The event offers sponsorship opportunities at three levels: Red ($1,000), White ($2,500), and Blue ($5,000). Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
