Dexter-Ann Arbor Run (Ann Arbor Half Marathon)
The Dexter-Ann Arbor Run is an annual running event organized by the Ann Arbor Track Club, held on May 31, 2026. The event has been staged since 1974 and features multiple race formats that use roads and riverfront stretches in the Huron River region between Dexter and Downtown Ann Arbor.
The half marathon is a scenic, rolling 13.1 mile point to point course that follows Huron River Drive from Dexter to the finish in historic Downtown Ann Arbor. The 10K is an out and back course that starts and finishes in Downtown Ann Arbor and follows a stretch of Huron River Drive in both directions. The 5K is a point to point run/walk with river and downtown views. A Kids Run is also offered.
Distances:
- Half Marathon: 13.1 miles point-to-point Dexter to Downtown Ann Arbor.
- 10K: 6.2 miles out-and-back starting and finishing in Downtown Ann Arbor.
- 5K: 3.1 miles point to point with views of the Huron River.
- Kids Run.
Race services and features include shuttle transportation to start areas for the half and 5K, an expo and packet pickup options, a custom finisher medal, a cut specific technical shirt, finisher certificates, online results, overall and age group awards, refreshments, and instant finish photos.
