Dew What You Say 5K
Wayne State Physical Therapy Department is hosting a 5K run and a 1 mile walk as a fundraiser for a pro bono physical therapy clinic that serves uninsured and underinsured people in the Detroit community. Tote bags will be provided to the first 100 participants.
The event includes these distances:
- 5K run/walk
- 1 Mile Walk
Registration for the 5K opens in April 2026 and for the 1 Mile Walk in May 2026. Registration for both events closes on September 19, 2026. The registration fee is $25.00 for each event.
The event will take place at the Biological Sciences Building, 5047 Gullen Mall, Detroit, MI 48202. Street parking is available along Warren Avenue. Additional parking is available at Parking Structure 6, 6056 Cass Ave, Detroit, MI 48202. Main campus bathrooms will not be open until 11am; nearby businesses are available for restroom use.
