About the race
DEVON 27 MTB is a weekend multi-discipline event at Roadford Lake in Devon on 10th July and 11th July 2027. The format combines stand up paddle boarding on Roadford Lake, mountain bike routes through forest and lanes, and a lakeside trail run.
The venue is Roadford Lake, a 730-acre man-made reservoir in West Devon. Lakeside trail running routes pass through wildflower meadows and offer views of the dam. Mountain bike options include singletrack through pine forest and quieter Devon lanes.

- Free paddle board lessons delivered by certified instructors.
- Paddle boards available to hire.
- Camping on-site with options for hard-standing, basic, or electric pitches; facilities have a five-star rating. Camping is booked separately.
- Chip-timed results for all three disciplines.
- Every finisher receives a custom tech tee and a finisher's medal.
- Split-payment option over three months, interest free.
- Standard ticket pricing starts from £135 and a £10 saving is offered when a participant allows their own board to be used after the SUP leg.
