Dereham 10 Mile Race
The Dereham 10 Mile Race takes place on 23 August 2026 at Neatherd High School, Norwich Road, Dereham, Norfolk NR20 3AX (what3words: snug.gliding.rejoin). The course has been officially measured as ten miles with Certificate of Course Accuracy 17/095 and the event is held under England Athletics Rules of Competition, permit 30812. It forms race 12 and the final race in the Sportlink Grand Prix Series.
Entry fees are listed as £22 for affiliated runners and £24 for unaffiliated runners. The minimum age is 17 years on race day. Race headquarters handle number collection from 07:45 on race day and provide parking on site. There is no bag drop; participants are advised to bring only what they will carry during the race. No running with buggies or dogs is allowed.
Official timing is used and results count toward personal bests. Headphones including bone conducting devices are not permitted and will lead to disqualification under England Athletics rules. All finishers receive a race medal. Overall male and female winners receive individual trophies and age category trophies are awarded across a range of age groups. A course record bonus of £50 is offered for the listed male and female records. Medical support is provided by an event medical service.
