Denver Mother's Day 5K
The Denver Mother's Day 5K is a community athletic event held at Denver City Park. The event is open to participants who wish to run or walk the course, including those pushing strollers. The route takes place on a scenic path through the park grounds.

The race is chip-timed by Colorado Race Timing, providing participants with live results and the option for text or email updates. Every female participant receives a rose upon crossing the finish line. Following the race, registered participants are provided with a breakfast consisting of pancakes, sausage, and orange juice.
Registration includes specific pricing for youth aged 14 and under. For those who register by April 19, 2026, there is an option to purchase a tri-blend race t-shirt. Custom 3.5-inch die-cast medals with lanyards are awarded to the top three overall male and female finishers, as well as the top three finishers in age groups ranging from 10 and under to 70 and over.
Parking is available at the East High School lot, along 23rd Avenue between York Street and Colorado Boulevard, and on various streets south of 17th Avenue.
