Event overview
Denbies Santa Run takes place on Sunday 14 December 2025 at Denbies Wine Estate, Dorking. The organiser is running the event for the seventh year in partnership with Denbies Vineyard. The event is described as a Christmas Fun Run. It is not a timed race: numbers and medals are provided but there are no prizes for finishing first. The local charity Eikon is a charity partner and will have a presence at the start and finish and will provide some volunteers. A suggested fundraising target for Eikon is £100.
Entry, route and inclusions
Distances:
- 5 km (two laps of a 2.5 km route)
- 2.5 km (one lap option for children)
The route broadly circles the main Denbies building and includes parts of the North Downs Way. Surfaces include concrete, dirt trails and grass, and parts may be muddy. The course is suitable for running buggies and strollers. Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
The entry fee includes a Santa suit (one size fits all, with a children’s size for under 10s), a finishers medal, a post-run cup of mulled wine or a soft drink, a mince pie, free parking and free digital race photos. Entries close on Thursday 7th December or when the event reaches capacity. Refunds are not available after entry is accepted. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
