Registration opens September 19, 2025 and closes May 1, 2026 or when the field limit is reached. There are no registration refunds; deferments may be allowed at the race director’s discretion.

Course, rules and logistics

The course begins at Maclaren Summit (Mile 37 from Paxson) and descends northwest toward the Maclaren River, passing features left by glacial activity such as thermokarst, eskers, and kettle lakes. The single aid station is at Clearwater Creek Wayside (Mile 18). The course finishes at Alpine Creek Lodge, which is also the start location for the Denali100K. Runners may use a crew-supported format or run without a crew if they have pre-arranged pickup; drop bags can be placed at the aid station. Pacers may join at the aid station; bikes and dogs are not allowed during pacing. The overall time limit is nine hours. Finishers within the time limit receive a finishers medal and shirt; overall men’s and women’s winners receive special awards. Mandatory equipment lists are provided for runners and pacers.
