Course and aid

The terrain has mostly flat sections with some rolling trails and uses the Swamp Forest Trail with possible small adjustments for wet sections. Aid stations are spaced about 3 to 4 miles apart; the main aid station is at the start/finish and a second aid station is at mile 4. Water and Gatorade will be available; runners are advised to carry a bottle and bring personal gels if relied upon.
Timing, equipment and rules
The race is chip timed. Bibs must be worn on the front and kept flat to avoid damaging the timing chip. A headlamp is required for the final loop when running in reduced light. Unauthorized bib transfers are not allowed.
