Delaware Running Festival
The Delaware Running Festival is a multi-distance road race in Wilmington, with the start and finish area at Tubman Garrett Riverfront Park. The event offers multiple race distances and associated registration options.
The course passes through historic downtown Wilmington, travels across Brandywine Park along the Brandywine River, follows parkways, moves through historic neighborhoods and goes past Rodney Square. The route is presented as a certified 26.2 mile road marathon in Delaware and is a USATF certified Boston Marathon qualifier; historically about 10% to 12% of marathon finishers have qualified for the Boston Marathon.
