2027 DEKA EMEA Championship
The 2027 DEKA EMEA Championship is an indoor obstacle and fitness event at the Exhibition Centre Liverpool, held from 28 to 30 May 2027. The event is the inaugural EMEA championship for the DEKA series and runs across three days at a single venue.
The programme includes Individual and Team racing and features multiple DEKA formats, including DEKA MILE, DEKA MILE YOUTH (schools edition), DEKA FIT, DEKA FIT Ruck, and DEKA STRONG. The weekend is open to athletes aged 10 to 70+ and welcomes participants from anywhere; to be crowned a DEKA EMEA Champion, competitors must be legally resident within Europe, the Middle East, or Africa.
Organisers plan hundreds of heats across the weekend. The event anticipates thousands of athletes plus supporters, volunteers, partners, and spectators. The DEKA MILE is specified as a 1 mile course with 10 zones and an average completion time around 29 minutes 30 seconds.
