Event Details
The DeGray Lake Triathlon is a multisport festival in Arkansas. The in-person events include an Olympic-distance triathlon, a Sprint-distance triathlon, a Sprint duathlon, an Olympic aquabike, and an Olympic-distance open water swim. The Olympic triathlon has both individual and team categories.
Event Distances
- Olympic Triathlon: A 1,500-meter swim, a 40-kilometer bike, and a 10-kilometer run.
- Sprint Triathlon: A 500-yard swim, a 13.5-mile bike, and a 5K run.
- Sprint Duathlon: A 2-mile run, a 13.5-mile bike, and a 3.1-mile run.
- Olympic Aquabike: A 1,500-meter swim and a 42-kilometer bike.
- Open Water Swim: A 1,500-meter swim.
Virtual triathlon and duathlon options are also available. Separate training plans can be purchased without event entry.
Location
The event is held at DeGray Lake, a reservoir on the Caddo River in Arkansas. The race venue is the Spillway Trail Head (Spillway Dam Area) at DeGray Lake, located just outside Caddo Valley.
