Event Overview

The DeGray Lake Triathlon is held at DeGray Lake, a reservoir on the Caddo River in Arkansas, located near the Ouachita mountains, Hot Springs, and Little Rock. The venue is the Spillway Trail Head at DeGray Lake, just outside Caddo Valley.

Available Events

The multisport festival features several events:

  • Olympic Triathlon: A 1,500-meter swim, a 40-kilometer bike ride, and a 10-kilometer run. This event is open to individuals and teams.
  • Sprint Triathlon: A 500-yard swim, a 13.5-mile bike ride, and a 5K run. This event is for individuals only.
  • Sprint Duathlon: A 2-mile run, a 13.5-mile bike ride, and a 3.1-mile run.
  • Olympic Aquabike: A 1,500-meter swim and a 42-kilometer bike ride for individuals.
  • Open Water Swim: A standalone 1,500-meter swim.

Other Information

Virtual triathlon and duathlon options are also available. A training plan can be purchased separately without race entry. Entry fees include a ringspun cotton t-shirt, with options to decline it for a discount or upgrade to a technical fabric shirt for an additional fee. A finisher medal is offered.
