Défi Action Santé FHJT 2026
Défi Action Santé promotes healthy lifestyle awareness and supports the Méta-Action program, which aims to improve the physical health of patients at the outpatient psychiatry clinic of Hôpital Jean-Talon. The event is organized as part of the Foundation's Festival.
Participation is open to everyone: solo runners, families, friends, colleagues or teams. The event offers accessible routes:
- 1 km - children course
- 5 km - race
- 10 km - race
- 5.5 km - walk
Key logistical details: the event takes place at Parc Frédéric-Back on May 3, 2026. Online registration is available until May 3, 2026, one hour before the event; on-site registration is available on May 3, 2026 up to one hour before each start. Transfers between participants and distance changes are allowed until April 20, 2026 midnight via the participant account.
Fees shown before service charges: 1 km child 10.00 CAD; 5 km race 25.00 CAD; 10 km race 25.00 CAD; 5.5 km walk 25.00 CAD. All prices are in Canadian dollars, taxes included, excluding registration service fees. Corporate package: 600 CAD for up to 10 employees, 20 CAD per additional employee. Medals are currently awarded only in Male and Female categories. For donations of 10 CAD or more, an official event headband is offered while quantities last. An account is required to register.
