Logistics and policies
Parking is provided at the baseball fields at the corner of Brady and Monroe Street. If the race is canceled for reasons beyond the control of the Race Director or Race Committee (for example, unsafe weather or an emergency), refunds will not be made; race packets, including race shirts, will be made available at a location to be determined and information will be provided. Refund policy: no refunds within 30 days of the event. More than 30 days before the event, a request may be made for a 50% refund of the entry fee, excluding processing fees. Entries cannot be deferred to another event or year. Entries may be transferred to another individual for a $5 transfer fee; T-shirt size cannot be changed.
