Falcon 5K at Divine Child High School
The Falcon 5K is an annual memorial running event held on the Divine Child campus in Dearborn, Michigan. The event includes three race options:
- 0.25 Miles Tot Trot for children ages 6 and under
- 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk
- 3.1 Miles 5K open to all ages
The event brings together students, families, alumni, neighbors, and local businesses for a morning of running, walking, and family activities on the field and concourse. Awards are announced after the final race, and finish medals are awarded to the top three finishers in each 5K age group.
Registration pricing varies by date. Early registration includes a participant T-shirt; later and day-of registration are available without a guaranteed shirt. Packet pickup with bib and T-shirt occurs on race morning. Bottled water will be available at the start and finish areas and a water station is located along the course.
Complimentary hot dogs and chips will be provided after the final race. Parking is available on campus. Strollers and wheelchairs are permitted on the course; certain gear such as firefighter turnout gear and military backpacks is allowed. Donations are accepted following the event.
