David Brearley Fun Run/Walk

The David Brearley Fun Run/Walk takes place on 06/06/2026 at the Brearley House, 100 Meadow Lane, Lawrence Township, NJ. The event features a scenic out and back 5K course that begins at the historic Brearley House (built in 1761) and follows the Delaware and Raritan Canal to the Port Mercer Canal House (built in the 1830s).

Prizes will be awarded to the top three male and female finishers. Registration includes snacks, drinks, and tours of the Brearley House. Participants may explore the home before or after the run, and restrooms are available on site. Race-day registration will be offered.

Parking at the Brearley House is limited. Parking is available at the adjacent corporate park, 2000 Lenox Drive, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648. From that lot, participants follow the Lawrence Hopewell Trail to the Brearley House; the walk from the lot is about 1/4 to 1/2 mile and directional signs will be posted. If accommodations are required, participants are asked to request them in advance.
