DAV 5K Cincinnati
The DAV 5K in Cincinnati takes place on November 7, 2026 at Great American Ball Park. The event is a community walk, roll, run and ride that honors America’s veterans, raises awareness of issues facing ill and injured veterans, and supports fundraising for no cost services to veterans and their families. The event is presented by USAA.
The course is USATF certified. All participants receive a timing chip and live results are available through the RacePenguin Timing mobile app. Finisher awards are given to the top Veteran male and female and the top Civilian male and female. A motorcycle ride procession is organized with a registration point near Mehring Way and Joe Nuxhall Way.
Race day activities include the DAV Store and a post event gathering on The Banks where participating veterans may use the ticket from their bib for a drink and snack at designated sponsor locations such as Moerlein Lager House, Holy Grail, The Park and Jefferson Social.
Packet pickup is available at DAV National Headquarters in Erlanger, KY with options for group pickup by prior arrangement. Parking is available in multiple garages around the ballpark and several nearby streets will be closed for the event. Additional event details and site logistics are provided by the organizer.
