Dash for Diabetes 5k - Ravenswood, WV
The Dash for Diabetes is the 10th annual 5K run and walk held on June 13, 2026 at Riverfront Park in Ravenswood, West Virginia. The course follows a 3.1 mile route along the Ohio River in Ravenswood.
Registration opens January 17, 2026. Pre-registration closes May 22, 2026. Pre-registration fees are $25 for ages 18 and over and $15 for participants 17 and under. Registration on the event day has higher fees: $30 for ages 18 and over and $20 for participants 17 and under. Same-day registration shirts are not guaranteed. Donations are welcomed and proceeds benefit the Diabetes Initiative Fund and the Ravenswood Recreation Youth Program.
This is part of the Thunderbolt Race Series and includes separate running and walking entries. Walking entrants must follow walking rules for the series; walkers who run will be disqualified. The event provides overall and group awards for both runners and walkers.
