Event Overview
The Dash for Dementia is a community 5K run and walk held on September 19, 2026. All proceeds from the event support the Third Age Adult Day Center at SUNY Plattsburgh, which provides services for individuals and families affected by Alzheimer’s and related dementias.

Location and Facilities
The event takes place at the Plattsburgh State Fieldhouse at 165 Rugar Street in Plattsburgh, NY. Parking and venue access details will be posted before the race day. Food trucks and coffee vendors will be on site for participants and spectators.
Registration and Fees
Registration fees are $25 for adults and $10 for children under 12. The children's fee includes an event t-shirt. All registered participants receive an official event t-shirt, but shirt orders will close by a specified deadline to ensure availability.
Additional Features
