White Oak Triathlon
The White Oak Triathlon takes place on 7 June 2026 at White Oaks Leisure Centre in Swanley. The event is organised by the Dartford and White Oak Triathlon Club and is BTF sanctioned.
Distances offered include:
- Sprint: Swim 400m, Cycle 21km, Run 5km.
- Standard: Swim 800m, Cycle 42km, Run 10k.
- Aqua Bike: Swim 400m, Cycle 21km.
The race format begins with a pool swim, followed by a bike leg that uses one or two laps depending on the event entered. The bike route passes through undulating North Kent countryside and urban areas of Dartford, Bexley and Swanley. The run is mostly in Swanley Park.
The event is club organised and delivered by club members. The club mobilises marshals and support personnel to assist athletes and visitors, and all competitors receive a finishing memento.
